Ordering
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with other secure payment options available at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Since orders are processed quickly, please contact us as soon as possible at ikramifystudio@gmail.com if you need to make a change. Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries around the world.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with delivery typically taking 7–15 business days depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Possibly. Depending on your country, customs duties or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Check with your local customs office if you're unsure.
My order arrived in multiple packages — is that normal?
Yes. Items may ship from different locations and arrive separately. This doesn't mean anything is missing.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?

My item arrived damaged or wrong — what should I do?
Email us at ikramifystudio@gmail.com within 48–72 hours with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
