- Other cities/remote areas: 5–8 business days

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. We may offer free shipping on select orders or promotions, as displayed on the product page or at checkout.
4. Order Tracking

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team with your order number, and we will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
8. Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the product arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery if possible, or contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can process a replacement or refund.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. IkramiFy is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
