1. Return Window

- All accessories, manuals, and free items included with the order must be returned
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- The product must not show signs of physical damage, misuse, or tampering
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been installed or used
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories
- Custom or special-order units, unless defective
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective unit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation, at no additional cost to you.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
